Outcome

A broad multi-agent idea turned into scoped, prioritized work the outsourced engineering team could act on.

Business context

BlueDash is the same owners' broader business-assistance concept. Instead of a course-focused platform, it is intended to act like a chief of staff, with agents specializing in marketing, sales, operations, and business management. The organizing idea is useful business output from agents with distinct responsibilities.

The challenge

The founders wanted a chief-of-staff-style system that could support multiple business functions. The product vision required distinct agents with domain-specific responsibilities and useful outputs for business users.

The goal: organize the development of a coordinated AI workspace with specialized marketing, sales, operations, and business agents.

My role

I served as Product Management Consultant and Scrum Master, working with the founders and their outsourced engineering team. I scoped work, managed tasks and priorities, coordinated stand-ups, and introduced Scrum and Agile practices. I was not a builder or implementation architect on this engagement.

How the workflow changes

The intended user brings a business need to the workspace and works with the relevant specialist agent. A marketing need, sales task, or operating question is supported by domain-specific assistance.

Product and delivery

Product management work translated a broad multi-agent idea into scope and tasks the engineering team could act on, with the emphasis on clarifying responsibilities and intended outputs. The outsourced team owned implementation; I managed the project, tasks, scope, team coordination, stand-ups, and the Scrum and Agile process.

Results and current status

BlueDash remains in development. My contribution is product management and delivery coordination alongside the outsourced implementation team. BlueDash and Stack have the same owners but are presented separately because their users and workflows differ.
